Building the Airlock

April 5, 2003

The airlock is essential to getting in and out of the inflated airform. We built it to be used for a while and then to be used for our Garage addition in the future. So we made it very sturdy.

We painted it so the wood could withstand the elements, and keep it from warping. We built it out of plywood and 2x4s. All we have to do now is add the two interior doors.
