After a broken weld, flat tires and getting stuck in soft dirt at the perimeter of the footing ring with the paxis polar frame, we were able to assemble the scaffolding again. The blue scaffolding is from Discount Equipment in West Palm Beach, they are providing all the necessary walking boards and safety equipment for us to use for the next few weeks. Billy and our friend Mark Helderman pressure cleaned the dirt and sand off the inside of the airform with a tiny hand held pressure washer with 1400 psi, just to take off the ground-in dirt. We'll place the plastic sheeting around the rebar edges to keep it clean. All extra equipment and tools are removed from dome because of the foaming, which starts on Tuesday, April 22.
