We've been on location for a client for the past few weeks, so we haven't been able to finish the theatre till now. Billy and Debbie's dad put the vertical rebar in the theatre walls and started the bracing process the day after Thanksgiving. We predrilled the 2 x 4 x 10s and placed them about 5 feet apart on the interior walls. We placed 12.5 foot #4 rebar in the walls on 24 inch centers to line up with the second floor beams that will lay across the theatre for support. We placed 10 foot #4 rebar every 18 inches  in between for extra support. The second floor material (Insul-Deck) will ship next week and we should get it delivered the following week (two day trip from Kentucky). Theatre chairs have been ordered from Lane and will ship on Dec 18th.
