Concrete Forms

December 27, 2002

Getting the rings spaced correctly was a challenge, so we precut all the spacers and the plywood scabs that kept the smooth interior face of the form. Backfilling will help keep the forms from moving when the concrete is poured.

We used screws to hold the forms together so that once we are ready to pull the forms, they might come out easier as one long section. The laser level made sure that the form was at the exact height. The outside ring is 13" and the inside ring is 14".
