Insul-Deck over kitchen

Starting the Insul-Deck over the kitchen area, we have to create the supports that will hold up the forms and the poured concrete. It is much slower going with the trimming that has to be done on each piece to meet the compound curve on the dome wall.

Every piece is custom cut for the curve. The Insul-Deck is very light to work with and that makes it much easier than using steel beams. I don't know how we could have ever done this without this product. I'm sure that almost anyone can use it for an elevated floor application.
