We drove down to Miami to pick up the tubs and on the way we stopped in at Nolte Kitchens to pick up our printouts of the design we came up with for our kitchen. Helga Ragnarsdottir met with us to discuss our design and her renderings. We were very happy with the layout and discussed the colors and features we'd like to have in the drawers and cabinets. We'll go over the design and the dimensions in the dome with a measuring tape to make sure it will all fit, and then meet with them again to finalize the paperwork.

Below are the actual layout designs we are going to use for the dome, but their program wouldn't do a round wall so their design is a bit off.

We chose the Star line with the color of Ice Blue. The handles and drawer pulls will be brushed aluminum and go all the way across the cabinet and drawers, just like the red kitchen at left. The upper cabinets are glass doors with the Ice blue edges. The toe kick area will be grey as well as the interiors of the cabinets and the ends of the drawer and base units. Most of the grey ends will be next to a wall, the only visible end will be adjacent to the breakfast bar and the glass kitchen door.
