Stucco work is starting to look like something. There are no shortcuts in this process. We have started to see results of the surface we're looking for. A smooth sand finish. We're glad we didn't compromise on this step, this finish is really elegant and not the primitive cave look as it was.

We had two helpers from Labor Finders and a guest helper that was off school today. He is Gary, the son of our friend Larry Regier. We kept cleaning up the fallen stucco so it wouldn't set up as a permanent part of our floor. We got to get the framing in place to hold the V-Buck for the front door. It looks great and we'll stucco the front entrance portico to blend into the door frame. Also we'll keep working on the second coat for the first floor. We even got started on the second floor stucco in the closet area.
