The creative Producer - Director Team at Billy Elkins Films has been involved in television production for over 29 years.

Winners of three TELLY awards for excellence, Director Billy Elkins and Producer Deborah Razete-Elkins are bringing this new series to viewers because they decided to build a home together that would last through tornadoes, hurricanes and severe weather. After much research, they decided upon a Thin Shelled Concrete "Monolithic" Dome home.

This home of the future will be showcasing some of today's most innovative technologies and building methods. Although unconventional in appearance, "Safe Harbor" dome will be comfortable and most importantly, safe for its occupants. Monolithic Dome homes are hurricane proof, tornado, termite, fire and earthquake proof. They are highly insulated and cost very little to cool or heat. They reject outside noise and are almost maintenance free. "Safe Harbor" will have a ocean color scheme with cobalt to aquamarine blues in the decor.

Billy & Debbie will be traveling around the country to capture footage and get information on other brand new technologies. They will show examples of building methods and designs of other types of housing and commercial buildings.
